Christine Thompson

MSW, ASW

Christine is an MSW, ASW, preparing to test to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is a graduate of California State University, Stanislaus with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Master’s of Social Work with a concentration in Adults. 

Christine has been a Social Worker (MSW) for over 20 years, and has a variety of experiences. Christine volunteered as a Long-Term Care Ombudsman, and at an Adult Day Health Care Center. Her internships included Stanislaus County Older Adult Services and Memorial Medical Center. Christine has been employed at Memorial Medical Center, Turlock Adult Day Health Care as Program Director, and Community Hospice and Health Services for the last several years. Christine Also works in HOPE Counseling while attaining her practicum hours and Supervision for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). 

Christine has a compassionate approach in working with clients to achieve their goals, self-empower, and improve their lives. In her spare time, Christine enjoys reading and participation in a book club, spending time with, and traveling with her family, and getting together with friends.
